Keluro allows you to convert your emails to PDF and to create ZIP archives of channels.

Keluro allows you to download an archive with all the content of a channel. KMailPrint is a popular Outlook add-in available in the Office Store and also developed by us, the Keluro company. It allows you to convert an email to a nicely formatted PDF file. Members of the Keluro insiders program were numerous to ask for the same kind of exporting capabilities within Keluro. We are proud to anounce that now KMailPrint and Keluro share the same virtual printing technology. In addition, with the latter end-users have more flexibility and benefit from a so-called “bulk” export of a channel.

Individual pdf extract.

You can print a given email by simply clicking the PDF icon. This is available while consulting an email from your mailbox or for an email shared in a channel. The download of the PDF will start automatically.

Export of a channel

Keluro insiders expressed the need to distribute to a third party an extract of a channel: the emails as flat PDF files but also the attachments. This can be done very easily now. To do so, in channel main menu, click the button “Export the channel”. An email will be sent to you with a link for downloading the ZIP archive containing all emails in PDF and all attachments. The archive is generated so that it chronologically lists emails and their attachments. Exporting a channel is a child play
